Coaching – Training For A Distance: 5 x 1 Hour Sessions
Five progressive one hour sessions focusing on achieving a distance extending swim stamina whether it be 1 km, 10km or more.
The sessions are for swimmers who:-
- want to extend their swimming stamina and endurance
- front crawl swimmers happy and confident in deep water
These sessions are progressive and will give you practices for the interim week
Session dates: – Friday May 7, 14, 21, 28 and 4 June 4-5 pm
Changing will be on lakeside please bring appropriate kit and warm drink.
All session will be fully lifeguarded.
Individual private coaching
If you would prefer a private 1:1 or 1:2 session. Coaching is available on a Friday afternoon / evening before or after the Stroke Improvement and Training for a distance sessions alternatively before of after regular evening or morning swim session.
Cost for 1:1 £75 per hour 1:2 £50 per hour
