All swim booking is via the Booking page on website, there are no facilities for refunds for missed or late arrival for sessions.

When booking Swimming Sessions please ensure you have completed the Swimmer Responsibility Statement 

There will be a 5% increase in the Swim price from 1 June 2026. A swim session will cost £11.00 going forwards

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refunds

Please note we do not offer Cancellation or Missed Session Refunds. However you may reschedule your swim session up to 24 hours in advance.

To reschedule

1 – Go to your account dashboard and select ORDERS

2 – Scroll down until you see the Reschedule Button – nb this will not appear if it is too late to reschedule

3 – Click on the button and follow the instructions to reschedule

Medical I D Bands – Lenches Lakes Sports Guardian Wristbands

We’re delighted to tell you that Lenches Lakes now has its own Sports Guardian medical id wristband. The price is still just £15.95 including engraving and delivery

 All swimmers are required to have their own medical ID Band, Lenches Lakes Sports Guardian wristband.
